Our shipping methods are outlined below:
Australia Post Shipping
We currently ship with Australia Post tracked parcel post for all orders.
We offer FREE standard shipping for AU orders over AU$80.00. For all orders under AU$80.00, we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $15.00.
We offer express shipping for AU orders for a flat rate of AU$20.00.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking details.
Your order should arrive to you within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
As some items are fragile, we take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure you receive them as you should. However, if you have received a faulty item, please kindly send us a message on the contact us page or send us an email at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reimbursement for postage should your parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping.

For Change Of Mind Purchases:If you have a change of mind, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange, given the return meets the conditions below:
- Item(s) are returned within 14 days (from the date received on your tracking).
- Item(s) are in their original & unused condition with all labels or tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging.
Returns due to change of mind are at the customers expense. As you would have noticed when receiving your order, we take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure you receive them as you should, and we expect the same when returning your order for change of mind.
If the item is damaged upon arrival back to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange or store credit.
We request that you use Australia Post tracked parcel post to ensure your return makes it back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us.
For Faulty Item(s):We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty item. If this occurs, please contact us on our contact us page or send us an email email@example.com, including your order number, description of the fault and photos of the faulty item(s).
Once received, we will assess the situation and in most cases, we will ask that you send us the item(s) for further assessment. We will contact you once we have received the item and assessment is complete, in order to arrange reimbursement of return postage costs and the faulty item(s) (if applicable).
