Returns
For Change of Mind:
If you have a change of mind, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange, given the return meets the conditions below:
- Item(s) are returned within 14 days (from the date received on your tracking).
- Item(s) are in their original & unused condition with all labels or tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging.
Returns due to change of mind are at the customer's expense.
As you would have noticed when receiving your order, we take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure you receive them as you should, and we expect the same when returning your order due to change of mind. If the item is damaged upon arrival back to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange or store credit.
We request that you use Australia Post tracked parcel post to ensure your return makes it back to us safely (or a secure logistics partner if you are based internationally i.e. outside of Australia). Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us, or any shipping costs (including any additional packaging required to return your order).
For Faulty Item(s):
We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty item. If this occurs, please send us an email at studio@lot314.com, including your order number, description of the fault and photos of the faulty item(s).
Once received, we will assess the situation and in most cases, we will ask that you send us the item(s) for further assessment. We will contact you once we have received the item and assessment is complete, in order to arrange reimbursement of return postage costs and the faulty item(s) (if applicable).
Important Things To Note:
Please note, that unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been processed in our system.
